What will they think of next? The guys over at JAMPBlog have reported that some truly ugly mobile phones have been discovered in Hong Kong. Some bright spark had the idea of taking a basic phone and then encasing it with a model of a car. Already released is a BMW, Audi TT and Porsche Cayenne, see pictures below. Apparently the Porsche has the start-up sound of an engine, engine rumbling ringtone, and a shut-down brakes sound, classy! The shape and size makes all of them pretty impractical, the dimensions of the Audi TT version are 49mm × 110mm x 35mm and is available either in black or white colours.
All three are damn nasty looking but the BMW and Porsche look particular cheap and tacky. These have got to be some of the ugliest phones in the world and will only appeal to the chaviest of chavs, so expect to see hoodies using them outside Watford’s McDonalds any day now!

Dear Mr Jackson,
I fear that you are not being entirely honest with your agreement to Mr Bomb’s analysis of the current situation. In fact, I would venture that you are being somewhat disingenuous. For shame. For shame, Sir. The first casualty in war, and indeed, in the instance of telecommunications forums would appear to be the truth.
Yours in utter dusgust,
Alan.
ps. A stern letter to The Times about your inexcusably rude conduct will follow.
Dear Mr. “da bomb”,
I most heartily concur with your profound statement.
Yours most faithfully,
Joseph Jackson, Esq
