A brand new, never-seen-before Nokia has hit the headlines after being glimpsed in picture form via a rapidly deleted Flickr account.  Although all the details have to come from the pictures themselves, we can still work a few things out about the Nokia N79:

Key features of the Nokia N79

-    Its likely to be 3G enabled.
-    A front-mounted camera lens for video calling is present.
-    A small cover on the rear conceals a Carl Zeiss 5 megapixel main camera.
-    Candybar handset design.

The simple design of the N79 does point to it being a lower-end N-series phone, but providing Nokia keep the weight and bulk of the handset down it has every chance of being a popular one.  We can only wait until someone leaks some more information, or Nokia themselves go public to find out more.
