Nokia are nearing the launch of their new N900, and they’re working with everyone they can to generate buzz. Realizing that unconventional, creative applications embrace the whole “internet” idea their customers are on, they’ve been working with artists in advance of the launch to create cool videos before the product even becomes available.

London’s Onedotzero “Adventures in motion” festival, starting this week, will feature a two hundred square meter projection display controllable by anyone with an N900. A custom application will let them send text to the display, and the phone’s accelerometer means the big display will twist and turn with their handset.
So does it do anything useful? It’s art, it’s not meant to! (And as advertising it’s obviously already working.)
